As a vascular surgeon committed to advancing regenerative care, I was initially cautious about integrating ketamine therapy. But Flow’s system is not only medically sound—it’s operationally seamless. The outcomes we’ve seen in our patients speak for themselves. Flow has elevated our ability to deliver whole-person healing.

Christi Myers — paramedic turned founder, educator, and trauma-informed psychedelic medicine expert. My life's work has evolved into one mission: to expand access to healing by integrating psychedelic therapy and consciousness-based care into clinical and corporate systems. As the Founder and CEO of Flow Integrative®, I've built a first-of-its-kind medical model that bridges science, soul, and systems — offering ketamine infusion protocols, strategic implementation, and integrative coaching for clinics and individuals alike. My journey began in 1999 as a firefighter, where I spent over two decades on the front lines. I served with the Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Air Methods, San Bernardino County Fire and Sheriff Departments — witnessing trauma and resilience firsthand. These experiences profoundly shaped my understanding of human suffering and sparked a lifelong commitment to meaningful, transformative care.
These high-impact roles shaped a deep understanding of trauma and inspired my mission: to reimagine mental health care through the integration of science and consciousness.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Safety and a Master's in Leadership. I became a tenured Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine in 2021 and served as Assistant Director of EMS, where I mentored countless first responders. But my greatest lessons came from the field — from the patients, from the silence after the call, and the unspoken toll on first responders like me.
Through Flow Integrative®, I've led the development of trauma-informed ketamine therapy protocols, built employer-driven ketamine infusion therapy benefit programs, and trained clinical teams to deliver care that's not just effective, but deeply human.
Today, I use that insight to support clinics in launching ketamine infusion therapy, to guide first responders and professionals through integration work, and to speak publicly about the future of psychedelic medicine. At Flow, we believe that when care is rooted in love, informed by research, and supported by structure, healing becomes not just possible — it becomes sustainable.
